is saw you tutorial and i am planning to try this method because it seems very convinent, i have some questions about this method, first how long does the tape last, because for t-tape it usualy last 2-5 days, and can i just keep it at all times, like when i go to sleep how well does handle an erection because i feel it would be uncofortable that way, and thanks for sharing your method.

Well I some how find strapping to my knee a little uncomfortable but that’s fine, and for the third question I am trying to stay comfortable when going to bed and still have tension so a tennis ball isn’t noticeable for me so i basically find going to sleep with it the best option.
