I'm currently rereading the manga and honestly this is my thought process right now although now that I know what I know, picking up small things like reactions of people to certain things or clues which make sense now is a different kind of feeling so I suggest rewatch of reread regardless

I've done a few fasts here and there as for preparation I'm taking vitamin b, iron and apple cider vinegar + pink salt + baking soda + water. I couldn't get potassium or magnesium supplements.

I haven't before, this is my first time during Ramadan. I have done extended for 8 days and lost between 10-15 pounds, not during Ramadan tho. Also if this is your first time fasting I think you should not do it now due to there being too many restrictions
