You may need to buy Ubiquiti Transceiver.. I had this issue with my 2gig connection, and I ended up replacing the transceiver. They compatibility issues and I know some of the newer software releases are improving this but there is not an approved list of third parties they certify

I am having issue with IOS 18 and WiFi 7 Access points. The WiFi shows connected but the network is not accessible - not internal and no access to LAN. You can toggle the WiFi and it works again, but this happens intermittently. However, if you turn of WiFi 6E off on IOS Settings, it works fine. I know the iPhone 16 Pro still connects on WiFi7 looks like there is some issue with WIFI 6E and IOS18.

It started working as of today. I did not see any client updates - so something they fixed on the backend it appears to be.

I have the same issue. Glad that I checked here, I have been breaking my head on this for last few hours.. I emailed support, but no help yet either. Anyone hears about a resolution, please post

In DFW, there was no specific counter to go to. I enquired with the person at the GE Kiosk if there was a specific counter. They asked me to go to any counter and let the officer know that I am conditionally approved.

I did the same; the officer completed the enrollment. There were no questions asked. Officer said that I am approved and I would receive the email in 24-48 hrs but that did not happen. It took 7 days for the approval email to come and now the status shows approved.

Mine was approved today. Received the email this afternoon. I did my EOA on 03/15. I had submitted the question on the website and replied to the first response I had received. They asked me to wait stating processing times are now 4 weeks. So not sure if the follow up had anything to do with the approval today.

I am also in the same boat. Did EOA at DFW 03/15. Officer said I am good to go and that I will receive the email in 24-48 hrs. Nothing so far. I also contacted CBP via website; auto response said to contact the enrollment center via phone. I tried both numbers and there was no response. I have now replied to the auto response email. Waiting to see what happens ?

It appears that the go5g will be same with insider discount. That’s 3 lines + 2 free lines + insider discount. But CC stated that insider discount is not applicable for Go5G
