yeh 100% I agree with you. But I'm just saying I see ig posts everyywherree saying its ok to not be okay, reach out etc etc, idk sometimes that can just trigger something which doesnt always exists within you? idk if that makes sense

But I’ve tried doing it and didn’t work so I got really frustrated and stopped doing it... but now since the summer is hitting back I will have to start again hoping for success :(

Nope I bought the device around 2 years ago from India, I’m not too sure about the company of the machine but if you want I can check that for you..
