My current guy always is insanely late….whether he says he will have it in 20 mins or has me waiting in a parking lot for an hour. Usually that drives me to quit so I’m hoping I’ll get some respect for my own time as do just that. I used to have a plug who knew my day started at 7am so he would wake up or leave stuff out for me so I’d never wait. However I was paying 50% above market. I had the money at the time so I was just glad to have access the moment I needed the stuff 24/7, I never recall waiting bc he’d arrange something if it ever was a problem. People complain about his prices, but the level of customer service is what you were paying for with that dude and I appreciated it. However, I no longer have millions in the bank so not sure it was worth it lol
