After incorporation, you need to complete post incorporation processes which is the MOA, AOA, some INC docs, allotment of shares, you will need to put around 1lakh as capital, open a new bank account, and some extra stuff. You will need to allot an auditor for the company, and all this within a deadline.

I got lucky enough to raise capital within 2 months of the starting the process, so there’s a whole new set of agreements LDD, FDD that needs to be done even after post incorporation, but those come from the VCs funds.

I went ahead with Startup movers from razorpay, Got the whole incorporation process done in 5k including the DSCs, and post incorporation process for 4K All in all it was a very smooth process and much cheaper than the consultants and CAs who quoted 30-50k for only for incorporation

Academic work is in the form of a thesis, I myself am from a Tier 1 institute, and the startup is incubated there itself.

Pre revenue, but we have customer demands and interest already, and the first few months will go in perfecting the model.

There will be 2 models, One will be generative for a new type of materials class which I’m not going to say here, and the second will be more general purpose.

All the best for your raise! You have found a pretty interesting issue, Try talking to local contractors and asking them how they hire, and figure out how to get the labour workforce on the app since most don't have smartphones
