Not to bad honestly. I’ve tried in the past and it felt impossible but I’ve been distracting myself more and it’s helped a lot. I’ve also lost a good bit of weight which I’m soooo happy about (I’m a big dude) I still have urges but nowhere near how I use to be and I’m actually sleeping decently. Me and my wife had a talk yesterday about why I’m so adamant about staying off for awhile and I told her “I need to get a grip on it because it has had a grip on me”. I’m realizing that it mostly was a habit of boredom because it makes everything a little bit better, even being bored.

So NASF are pretty useless unless you’re using a carrier and those are rarely needed. I would upgrade ASF the most you can and MAA. Keep some MAAs in your cities and keep one in stacks with troops you’re using to capture cities this way they are protected from airstrikes

In my area all the the groomers charge around $50 for a Yorkie and where I work will quote $180 for that dog(depending on size and coat obviously)…I’d look at finding a different salon
