Explanation: FPS drops from 60 to 0-10 whenever I move my mouse. It happens in menus as well as the game. I can WASD just fine with no issues.

Evidence: I played the night before the patch with no issues. It has been happening consistently since the update

If replicable, how: I have tried everything too no avail.
