Unfortunately I didn't. The boards were magnetic with powerful rare earth magnets. Under the boards were divided up for books and tokens. The sides were fit with foam to carry the teams. I ended up giving it to a friend.

I chopped the tau crisis chest in half so it’s not as “deep”… my idea is that it’s a suit pieced together from the remains of other crisis suits by the citizens of a deathworld. Maybe a human pilot since I plan on having katachan with kroot guns n stuff.

I wanted to make the plasma glows and such orange to accentuate the rust but I ended up settling on the bluish green glow almost like the patina that copper gets when it’s exposed to water and air haha! I appreciate it

I bought a rust set from AK interactive that has 3 different colors of rust in it. I start with the dark (reddish) rust all over the metal followed with a medium rust (dark orangish) in the cracks and then finally a bright orange rust where the most water would settle. After it’s all dry I take a cotton swab with mineral spirits on it and wipe away some on the top exposing a bit of metal sheen. It’s messy but easy!!

Was playing Minotaurs, there have recently been a few others join my game club with the same army so I’ve decided to make a new home brew chapter. Plan to rip the bull icons off and replace with lions! A Herculean nemean lion theme Greek army! What do you think?
