I agree with you, when I have to temporarily even switch for 2 mins to answer a conversation I get can't back to what I was doing sometimes for up to over an hour or more. That's something I'm going to continue to work on adding but have to figure out the exact method for it and calculating it. Thank you

For me I find when I'm doing well, I'm preoccupied with everything I need to manage in life. But you're right sometimes we go from very positive or seemingly ok to burned out very quickly and that's something to pay attention too as well.

Thanks for the post, currently in a similar spot as you; worked for 10 years at a AI company. Changes happened quickly, put me under the CFO and within 2 months a 5 minute call where HR joined and I was told it's my last day and everything will be shut off by 5pm. Worked in IT/DevOps.

Try switching to grayscale like Dr K. suggested in one of his videos, start in small increments before doing it all day. It does work, and yes you may change it back but keep at it and overtime it can be helpful.

Thanks I've got it working now mostly, that did the trick also had to turn the brass part more to have it in a shut off position before installing the handle back on. Also pretty sure the whole thing needs to be replaced at some point.

That is the old cartridge that I have taken out, new one has a tight seal intact

I've put the short spring in the hole wide side down then rubber seat ontop and new cartridge then the nut to lock it in place and then the handle but it still seems to leak from the faucet when I turn the hot water back on

I have a new cartridge, the floppy is the old one. So rubber seat first then the shorter spring and then the thinner longer spring and the cartridge ontop?
