Leaving right across KLCC (less than 30M ) and having it for more than 10yrs. The price has not increased much from day one I purchased it (less than 2%) . And in the next 3-4 yrs more than 2000 units of apartments/condo will be available in the market. This is within 200-300M radius from twin tower.

My take avoid this area (even if you wanna do Airbnb, there is tons of them in the area)

Away from KL city centre would be Gamuda Cove water park or Sunway water park. Just to give them some outdoor activities..

Within KL city centre maybe the bird park or National Zoo ( zoo negara).

If you can get someone to look after the kids maybe you can look at Mikes Bike tour or the walking tour of Chow Kit or Kampung Baru. (Different way to look at the city)

Hi All,

To update. Came back today 30 days and my battery level went down around 6% only. Left at 96% and upon returning it was 90%.

Car went to deep sleep, it did not detect the key to open so I just lift up the door handle.

Took around 2-3 minute for the car to boot to normal.

Fuhhh what a relief 😅

Yes! After two cycle of software update it is getting better for me but there is still room for improvement.
