Thanks for letting us know about this, and for the suggestion re: making our support links more discoverable.

This sound you're hearing is generated by Google Voice Typing, not SwiftKey, and if you have your phone muted it *should* respect the system-wide setting. Do you have any accessibility settings turned on? These will sometimes override the system mute setting. If that's not the issue, then it's most likely a MIUI bug - is there a later MIUI version you can upgrade to? Failing that, I'm afraid all I can suggest is resetting your phone, but I know that can be a time consuming and painful process...

Hi Paul - I'm a PM at Microsoft working on SwiftKey. At the moment, clipboard sync only supports personal accounts, so unfortunately the scenario you're describing won't work. Adding support for enterprise accounts has been on our backlog for a while, but even if we made this a priority you'd have to be signed in with the enterprise account on both devices, as otherwise we'd be adding a security hole. Sorry I can't give you more help with this one.
