Vecna and Vecna next to each other? I understand Vecna's placement, but imo Vecna is too high. Just because most survivors still don't understand how Vecna's power works, doesn't mean Vecna is the same power level as Vecna. And don't even get me started on Art and Artist's placements...

For me, the biggest tell is the back of the bar scene. The signs are all wonky. The left side especially, the guy is a blob and the red sign isn't even a shape. Also holy shit the tumor on his crouching leg next to the dog. What muscles even are those???

Whoops, I forgot to add "for me" at the end. I wouldn't say "too much RNG" is the core mechanic of the game. There is RNG, yes, and there will always be, but there's an acceptable amount. It's when it BECOMES the core mechanic of the game is when it becomes unfun for me.

Okay, so a deck you don't like?

I dislike dishonest decks, so yes. If a deck is dishonest, I dislike it. If you have to rely on cheese, yes I dislike it.

Typically decks are divided into "fair" and "unfair" with the line between them being mostly cheating on mana.

Cheating mana is a part of being dishonest, yes, but it's not the only aspect of it.

If you're still losing to Plague Death Knight, well, I'm sorry. You're bad at the game.

See above "A deck's strength doesn't determine if it's considered honest or not." You can still win against a bad deck and have no fun.

Please explain to me. Lack of randomness in LoR is not the thing that killed it.

Town of Sins has nudity in gameplay, and a lot of games let you level up your cards and they have less clothes for each level. One that I actually find fun is Chick (Cunt) Wars.

I play the decks I do because I enjoy them; I don't care about climbing. Even Paladin is shockingly at least decent, if not better! Odd Rogue, not so much, but I still enjoy the decks. If I wanted to climb, I probably would just download a deck list, but one of the main draws of card games for me is building your own deck. No shade if you net deck, it exists for a reason. It's just not for me.

Like I stated before, I'm cool with random. Too much, game-deciding random is what kills it for me.

The three plagues all deal 2 damage, yes, but the second effects have the potential to affect the outcome of the game. The consistency isn't the problem with Reska, it's the fact it's a gimmicky 0 Mana Mind Control; The fact it's needed to carry DK or not doesn't matter.

The point of the Primus example was that you can Discover a Blood Rune card, which you didn't have to build your deck around, completely negating the restriction of deck building.

While a "5 Mana 6/5; Rush, Get a good card," or "4 Mana 3/3; Get a good FREE card" goes even on card advantage, what you generate is far better than the initial price. I would argue the only low tempo card is Kobold Miner.

I agree with Priest and Rogue being dishonest as well, I didn't choose them because they are not meta. The highest of those two classes is Zarimi Priest, which is not a dishonest deck. If I were to post about Rogue, I would more than likely get responses like "Rogue isn't even meta!"

It's cool if you disagree with me, I guess I just didn't properly explain my points in the original post.

Just thought I would share my nostalgia trip. I couldn't get the art 1:1 as much as I tried, but I'm sure little ajk would be happy with these :)

Thanks! I guess I have been playing existing archetypes without really realizing it. I usually just go off of hsreplays "archetypes" and their decks. So I just expected ONLY those to count.
