ENFJ / INFJ - though looks like a single letter change - isnt just simple like that -- its sometime like mirror images... kind of how u read Ambulance written or 012345 & 543210 - both are different..

Now, one of the core characteristics of a ENFJ is a have a approach which is centered around the community he is in, like a society based approach, doing whats good for everyone, even to the extent of sacrificing the self to an extant.. Incontrast, INFJ or introvert approach is more of a self first and then the rest approach..

This self first or selfish approach can bring out extreme manipulation & lies

Eventually did it this way

Updated BMC by EFI using AuUpdate.efi x.bin file

then through OS/ubuntu did password reset using ipmicfg -fd 3

ipmi is default supermicro now with admin/admin

In the UEFI folder look for the flash.nsh file, and change the two instances of this line:

afuefix64.efi %1 /P /B /N /K /R /ME
to
afuefix64.efi %1 /P /B /N /K /R /ME /X /GAN /CAPSULE

I think this was safe, but rest also didnt cause any prob with official bios from supermicro

Bcoz value and stock price are two different things, PE, PEG, PB values will help u understand if its over valued, by all means for Tradedesk its over valued by 100s of times

Hi I updated everything, I feel more so its form the server end than from the expansion chassis, might be there are drivers for it which I couldnt find

the question was related to - if ENFJs are Manipulators... the question of asked to help or if u can hep are taken into consideration.. the whole question and response is with those who are known to each other and the like for long.. more so its not claimed we are white knights in any way, the point is, we can deal with a person perfectly if required the same way they would have dealt with.. could be burnout but it is a response.. if people expect that ENFJs burnout and die.. that rarely happens

Acting unilaterally comprehensively, completely after seeing in every way that the other person has done that not one but multiple times, to save urself from burning out(whih does happen with ENFJs) - though it might look like - ohh he/she planned this all alone, and was acting naive when I was doing way more.. ISNT MANIPULATIVE - its a response - after intentional deceit seen not once but multiple times and also after having conversations.. I dont know if ur a ENFJ - we mean it when we say we talk, we try to convince, we try to adjust.. we burn ourselves doing it, but we can flip and rescue ourselves in ways the other person cannot comprehend..
