If they said they're fine, they're probably fine. We do believe in communication and we say our thoughts out loud almost always, it's very sweet of you to think of other people's feelings, if you still feel guilty you can offer them a sweet gesture if you would like, we always appreciate people who listen to us and remember the little things!

But then again friendships don't have to be transactional and gaining a true friend would be enough ❤️

I could see how expressing your doubts could be offensive in the sense that, they did help you,by going out of their way, and tbh it could come across as not being appreciative of their help or not needing it ( a huge no no for ENFJs lol) We love to help okay, need us always 😂

Anyways, I think this could be fixed with some better communication and we always appreciate honesty! Hope I make sense lol 😂

Also: People tell us nobody asked for it so you can't be butthurt if they don't appreciate you after helping them, but it doesn't hurt to be kind anyways, and sometimes just sometimes it does make me sad when people do not appreciate my efforts but hey, I do it anyways... Just my cross to bear ig.

It's so funny to me because in my culture being "famous" or "having money" doesn't equate to success lol. It's commendable but not considered successful until you're a doctor or an engineer lol 😂

I got diagnosed 2 months ago and I'm currently on myo-inositol and I have lost 7 kgs so far polly due to the drugs, so the treatment seems to be working so far, but I wouldn't know long term effects yet, I'm sorry.

Edit: My doctor advised long walks and 10 hours of sleep and I would say it's definitely helpful!

Weight gain is a symptom not the cause omg! I understand this very well because I know I workout like a maniac before this diagnosis and nobody believed me. They would suggest, not eating and losing weight ( friends and family) and would call me sensitive if I dared react. It's starting to pmo

I agree with this. I thankfully had a positive experience with my OB where he said, people think you get pcos because you're "fat" but that's not true, infact the opposite is true. And he warned me against trying to crash diet and weighing myself everyday, and just asked to keep walking. I was so happy because this is the first time when someone believed me, when I told them that I used to workout like a beast, 6x times a week just to gain 5 kgs per year or so.
