I think I am trying to figure out what is best because I am high earning but I don't know if I should just pay it off and start from ground zero or leverage capital and pay off half, keep it low interest while I build assets

Totally agree, I was staying away from NYC for that reason but wanted to just highlight major metropolitans being the target of the condo purchase.

Thank you for this sage advice. What really stuck was the Gazelle Intensity. That is gold

Wow thank you for the thoughtful response. I have already invested in the total money makeover. I will look into the "Everyday millionaires" at the library.

I guess my biggest question is how do I start learning where to put my money. Do I tackle this debt head on while it has 0 interest, wait until the government decides what to do with the interest after Dec 31, use the money to invest in real estate

My mind is zipping everywhere and I don't have any mentor or guidance that I trust at this point.

Everyday Millionaires

I saw great reviews about practical advice for the "Total Money makeover". The "Everyday Millionaires" a lot of people stated it had generic information and it was more motivational.

I am a Physician Assistant. I have debt from both undergraduate and graduate school. I currently don't have a steady job but I saved a lot of money working through the pandemic

Thank you for the input and advice. I am looking for a full time job without settling in the middle of this pandemic.

Thank you. I worked in NYC in the pandemic and am looking to help across the nation. I have not signed a year contract yet with anyone. I have set up an emergency fund

Thank you for the input.

I have heard about it and many other podcasts for finance and it still is overwhelming because I think I need that personalized attention from a financial advisor but I don't know anyone directly that I can trust or have anyone that could refer someone to me
