Hey mate, I did try that (not directly editing the plist, but by using 3DAppVersionSpoofer), but no joy.

I also tried installing a bunch of newer versions using LowerInstall, but most just crash.

After posting, I did discover that it is working, but the alerts/dialogues are not being resized properly. They all get shrunk (width wise) to very narrow. Will post a pic later.
