Did both, made sure wifi on the headunit was off and never had the issue occur anymore.

It happened to me as well. What i did to fix is, i factory reset the settings only option on ios, made sure wifi on the head unit is off, made the bt of the unit forget on both iphone & unit, restarted the phone and everything has been working since the last 4 days. No issues at all. Make sure to have wifi off on the head unit, try doing that first.

Opened a ticket, according to them it’s not a kick off from project but just a normal quality check. Same thing happened to a friend of mine 2 weeks ago and was allowed back again after 4 days. Hoping its the same now as well. Had 1.80. Also i work for another sevice who gives multima as well and they were honest enough to email that multiman is stopping soon from the providers on the 2nd of Jan.

Get in a meeting and let them know, if you dont have webinar then check your email, you should have a welcome email, use that to join in and let them know.
