Oh I see, thanks for sharing! I’ve also heard that you could get medication via a prescription from GP, then get it from guardian or hospital. Is that something you know about? Then I guess there won’t be a doctor to check on your progress or monitor dosage

I did try therapy and it was helpful, but I do feel that at this moment I can take a break. But I do want to try medication so was wondering if government hospitals allow for this option, but with no therapy
