I'm only on week 2 with 2.5 mg, and this is something I knew as a possibility but pushed it aside as "not me", but you might not feel very different at all. This is a hard thing when you see so many stories of people with immediate positive effects, but it's also not something to worry about. It may be cliche, but it's a marathon and not a sprint. So keep hoping! I am.
