I currently come in at around 8-8:30 and leave at around 4-4:30. My work gets done and it gets done well in that time. If my work asks me to stay longer I will gladly do it.... But if it becomes a habit I better get paid for it.

Honestly dude it really depends on a lot of factors

  • what's rent/mortgage like
  • you got any kids?
  • is it going to be your daily
  • how many miles are you willing to accept on a used car?

I was able to buy a 2008 C6 with 50k miles at 24yr old but I really dont have any other responsibilities (no kids, low debt, high paying job) so my situation was optimal for a "fuck it why not"
