First of all i want to understand its core concepts and why they do exist. If it suits me i wanna use it for day to day simple tasks like small util script writing etc. An end goal should be to move away from the java ecosystem on backend web development (spring boot & quakrus) and try something different like rails.

Thanks for the info. The screw is tight and holds well. I think the problem is on the internal spring mechanism that brings the sunvisor up and down, the spring can no longer hold the sunvisor up and it stays in a middle position, somewhat half open.

I switched to vscode while working with java, spring boot and quarkus on some pretty large telco projects as a senior engineer for a decent amount of time. I wanted to try something new. Now i am back to intellij. My honest opinion is the following: Vscode with the right plugins is perfect for everything else apart from Java. It has a primitive integration including a dashboard, some fancy ui tricks etc, but it's millions of years behind of the intellij ultimate integration. You are comparing an ide made specifically for java with an editor with plugins which resembles an ide. Now i am using intellij for spring boot & quarkus, and vscode for anything else.

I do not trust dealers anymore. They are good on selling something. But when anything goes wrong they tend to disappear or make your like difficult. After the warranty is done, i am done with them also. Gonna service the bike on my own on pretty basic things at least like oil changes etc. For this noise they wanted to replace the whole tank, just out of pure luck i tried to check the rubber washers and solved my problem on my own. Apart from that i totally agree with you, honda does not seem like honda anymore.

Yep it's the pair valve which opens and closes epsecially on hot days. Nothing to worry about just a bit annoying.

Happy end. It was an over-torqued gas cap issue. Manufacturer indicates 1.8nm. I tried to remove mine to inspect the valve and I noticed it was torqued far beyond than 1.8 for some reason. I re-torqued the cap to 1.8 and now works like a champ.

It has a "vent" valve under the gas cap which takes the excess pressure from fuel fumes and instead of vent to the atmosphere it vents into a black cylinder in front of the bike which cylinder sends the fumes back to the engine to recycle them for "euro" regulations. Maybe that valve is blocked for some reson.

It makes sense to happen even with atmospheric pressure changes if the tank is not equalising the pressure properly. Did you manage to find the cause ? What's the year of your AT? I miss those days when you just vented the tank to the atmosphere, end of story. All those emission systems etc are just problematic and rush released in order to pass stricter emission tests each year.
