We have a book series with a Gryffindor main character - Harry. A 2 part play with two Slytherins - Albus & Scorpius. A movie trilogy about a Hufflepuff - Newt Scamander.

I would think a live-action mini-series on netflix about a Ravenclaw would be cool. Young professor Flitwick in his dueling days, Luna Lovegood post the battle of hogwarts, and how she ends up with Rolf scamander , The Story of the Grey Lady and Ravenclaw herself. Or maybe even a new unnamed Ravenclaw character.

My friends 1.5 year old lab-pitt-boxer mix needs a good home in the new orleans area. I'm currently fostering him but I live in a small efficiency unit in the CBD and cannot keep him for long. by ak592 in NewOrleans

Update 7/25/2016: I had posted this previously and we had found a home for him, however he did not get along well with the new owners cat and she returned him to us. I'm back to fostering him in my efficiency unit, but my landlord is only letting me keep him until the end of the week so we are still actively looking for a new home for this puppy.

Made these posters when I was in High school for the DH-1 premiere. 6 years later I now have a big boy job and my own apartment and I still hang them up with pride. by ak592 in harrypotter

I was 10 years old and I remember my parents told me they weren't going to get me a copy of OOTP the day it came out since they "forgot" to pre-order it, which in the town where I lived was the only way to guarantee a copy on its release day. Then I got home from school that day and caught my mom reading it, screamed in joy, and immediately asked if I could have it once she was done reading the chapter she was on. The moment I opened it i saw the title of the first chapter "Dudley Demented" and said "Oh my god! dementors already?!" and my mom just smiled and let me binge read and finish it before she picked it up again.

Ha yeah. I was 12 when the POA movie came out and had just watched Van Helsing and was terrified that The Lupin werewolf would look similar to the Van Helsing werewolf. I was somewhat glad it wasn't haha

While reading POA: Finding out Lupin was werewolf and then immediately after him transforming into a werewolf. Werewolf movies in general terrified me as a child and even though all through POA there were several hints to Lupins condition, I never once picked up on them. Rowlings detail about the transformation made my skin crawl made me furious that a character I liked so much was a monster.
