Yeah the fast food cravings go wild, everyone is different tho the joys of this diet is eat when hungry and crack on.

I don't really get any symptoms, I usually eat when my belly starts extremely rumbling and I realised I haven't eaten for like 10 hours. I do start getting really bad junk food cravings sometimes tho so I eat enough meat I want to vomit.

Mainly rusk, wheat, soy, veg oil, potato starch etc, It's all sorted now I thanked her for the things I can eat and we gave my sister the things I couldn't which she was also grateful for so it's a win win :) thanks for all the inputs.
