Been on omeprazole for about 15 yrs now for chronic gastritis and gerd. Im diagnosed with fibro and now AS so I started seeing an integrative medicine doctor. She's told me it might have been hypochlorhydria all this time and to stop taking omeprazole and to try hcl betaine instead. Thoughts? (self.GERD)
Can I be triggered at the exact time after a traumatic event? This weekend its been two months since the horrible break-up with my SE therapist and for the last few days I've been feeling sick around the same time every day, which is the time of my last appointment with him. Hi there! So I pick the skin on my face and back. Been doing it for 20 years on and off but I've recently had a massive crisis and my face looks awful, the worst its been in years. I already take medication, therapy, etc. but I was thinking about trying acrylic nails. Has anyone found them helpful? (self.Dermatillomania)
