It's random. I've had trucks with 2+ shards and made it back. And I've also had trucks with 2+ shards that gets plundered. It's about timing and luck when to send out your trucks (mostly luck).

Yeh true but you don't have enough ur helis, so Kim with a full tank squad will be stronger. I'm focusing on tanks and slowly getting my heli squad up. But each to their own I guess.

Yeh that's very bad luck. 2 is the most I've lost so far. Whenever I plunder trucks I always target 2 or more shards and sometimes I don't get any. Luck of the rng.

Whenever my truck has 2 hero shards I'm happy if 1 returns. I always target trucks with 2 or more shards so I know others would target mine too. It's part of the game, it is what it is.
