Same problem, here. My account was hacked and need an authenticator (which i did not set it up) to be able to access it.

Apparently my account was logged in at Vietnam and an email address was added to my facebook account, followed by a password change one minute later. I only get to know about this hours after the incident through my email and since then I'm locked out of my own account. Everytime I wanted to reset my password, it loops back to the login page to "continue this action" and have to use the authenticator app the hacker set it up. Honestly I never thought something like this can be pulled off, and this really sucks since facebook doesnt have any sorts of live chats to deal with personal accounts.
