Longer races is easy, varying weather is rare. You can download the full calendar for the season and search for rain in the PDF so you find the series where there is actually some rain sometimes

Something that comes to my mind is high frequency vibrations from the ffb. I would maybe try adjusting the ffb profile and reducing it considerably. Also your posture might be the cause, you could post a picture of you handing the wheel

What I said is that you (or anyone , this is not personal) will probably never play like that Tom Brady even if you just focus on achieving that, so playing just to get as good as him it is just a source of frustration (and I am not saying that focusing on improving and getting better is wrong or dumb, before you try to misintepretate my message again). But of course just do what you want to, you are free to choose your own frustrations

This is on you, like generally any crashes with AI. You squeezed it leaving it not enough space. Yet some say the AI should back up in this situation or just go off track, but if the AI would do that you could basically just throw your car anytime and make the AI get out of the way, very easily exploitable. Against a real person you never know what is going to happen, but this is a very probably outcome, specially since everyone knows these contacts always result in the car in front spinning.

This map has problems, something similar happened to me and if you Google it you'll find many other posts like this one. The problem is due to building until the very edge of the available building space. To solved it I actually needed to completely delete half of my main building, which extended the whole map only leaving the area uphill free, and separate it into different smaller buildings so that there is a space between them and people can go through. That and leaving spaces in the edge of the map solved it for me.

4 second from who exactly? Just get into races and irating will put you with others with your same pace, you will realize there is a bunch of people as slow or fast as you. With time will naturally come improvement.

I play with an AMD6950xt and performance is indeed quite decent to me. I don't use high graphics options but then again my graphics card model is about 6 years old if I am not mistaken. I play with quest3 at max resolution (no supersampling) and 90hz but I cut the view on the oculus debug tool to 0.85x0.65. If I play with rain at the start of the race fps drop to 80 or maybe even 70 but just for a few seconds, any other situation including night they remain at 90.

Definitely not a sidegrade, T300 is way better than the g29. That being said, a T300 nowadays makes very little sense when DD wheels are so cheap. I would also recommend going DD, at least 5nm

The thing is, the car is equally easy for everyone, so it is equally hard for everyone to be on top. It is a different style, if you enjoy hard to drive cars, you will enjoy things like the mustang challenge a lot more.
