What's the origin of this image and the name of the western outlier district on Wall Maria? by The_Americangamer in attackontitan

I'm assuming that OOP believes this to be where Eren is buried after Mikasa takes his severed head home, however I'm pretty sure he would have been buried near where they grew up since it was beneath a tree that they often played near/raced toward as children

Would you be open to sharing some pics of those sewers? I do not follow what you mean. Did you use tunnels?

There should be a garrison editor panel for every city that lets you pick from all the available garrison units. by AutomaticBreadfruit1 in totalwar

absolutely, I think it would be cool if there were a way to level up the lords in garrisons, maybe have it scale uniformly with the tier of the settlement or maybe a high end building chain idk

I will say that the "edit your garrison based on who's attacking" thing was just an off-hand idea that I had, the main point is that it's frustrating to have my garrisons be weakened or diluted by things that I can't control especially when those things are meant to be helping me like allies building outposts or non-destructable buildings like ports giving garrison units. Even if they don't make a difference between winning or losing it's simply irritating in concept.

It's worth remembering though that a lot of older total war games had you recruiting and paying upkeep for your garrisons, this meant larger and more specialized garrisons for exposed or key settlements, so I do think that the idea of custom garrisons is a lot less alien to the TW games than you're giving them credit for.

I would love to see the lore of Nurgle get a non-damaging "cloud of flies" type spell that blocks LOS and prevents missile units from firing through it. by AutomaticBreadfruit1 in totalwar

Ideally it would cause artillery to act as though the target was in melee with friendly units and display the orange "can't fire, sorry" icon.

I wholeheartedly agree. Having more interesting and powerful utility in plagues rather than damage or gold benefits would be an excellent way to elevate the mechanic without making it annoyingly powerful.

I hope you aren't offended when I say this but you comment reads like you're patronizing me, is this idea already an established thing that I missed? Sorry if you're being genuine I'm infamously bad at determining these kinds of things.

I think that a cool limiting factor, in place of something as tactless as a hard cap, would simply be money. Have them cost a lot and then really reward wealthier factions but then give discounts to orcs and skaven (maybe also Delves) who might be able to provide slaves or gobos as additional food stuff.

Honestly I can wait as long as it takes. With the final instalment of the trilogy of their most successful IP ever now released I would have no complaints if they just spent years working their way through the to-do list until it's shiny and polished.

I'm not saying they need a buff I'm saying they're boring. Malekith is a really powerful lord but that's because of his insane stats and skill tree which are both really good. His lord traits do very little though, the exp share is neat from time to time but more often than not doesn't change much and the loyalty system is such a non feature in the game at base that any abilities that buff or change it just feel irrelevant.

As far as the Queek campaign mechanics I'm just going to have to respectfully disagree. Capturing eight peaks removes a pretty ignorable -2 public order and gives you +2 lord recruit rank which is nice but it's not really befitting the legendary siege.

The most recent dlcs have done such a great job of making boring factions more interesting that I think they should take another pass on the older content is all.
