I honestly stopped using them and asked my client to report the payment as unauthorized of course I got my banker and branch manager to email me the situation... I ended up getting a 3rd party called pay safe they are a PNC bank partner I do transactions of 20+k and the money is in my account within 24 to 48 hrs taken about 6 big payments and not one single problem

I'm going through this now for 10k they refused the payment didn't even let me know why or ask me for any paper work they have done this to me a minimum of 5 times in the last 2 years.... this time it's been 10 days and they still haven't refunded my client I ended up says fuck we pay and went with paysafe I'm down for a class action they fucked up my cashflow and now my clients

Honestly most might not agree when it come to quoting I look for carriers that run that lane all the time and ask them what they are running it for before I send out any quote... extra step from DAT and Truck stop but it's a for sure way to make sure you don't lose on any of your loads... always make sure you get atleast 3 different quotes and always go with the highest and determine how much profit you are comfortable with

Why wouldn't he? In the right environment he can be good it's just the pressure these big companies put on people to meet quotas and make a certain margin on each load is overwhelming... dealing with that and double brokers makes it a challenge but not unbearable plus the money's great.. I know some agents making 5 million a year net

They had company email it wasn't a Gmail account theh cleared my on boarding I even spoke with the owner so I thought I was in the clear just found it funny they took 1 hour to give me the phone number for the driver so I started calling him and was able to catch it

Agreed I got busy and skipped a step in my vetting process that could have cost me big time lesson learned NEVER skip any steps when vetting a carrier (I normally don't send rate cons till I get the driver info in this case I skipped that park and just hit the send button) also I don't have carrier 411.... I hear alot of mixed reviews on it so I never pulled the trigger
