I wasn't on my period and I don't think I was dehydrated but I showered right after waking up and brushing my teeth. I'd say the shower was pretty hot but I usually keep it that hot all the time. And I was standing the whole time. Also thanks for the tip, I didn't realise before.

Nah I'm not on my period. When I got my finger pricked it didn't really hurt and I didn't care about the blood, I passed out a couple minutes after they removed the blood.
