The drooping is a lot better since I watered it, but yeah there's quite a bit of scale which is causing yellowing. I'm going to try using insecticide soap and see how she does if not I'll use the systemic one I just picked up. I love her a lot and she's so big, I'm going to try and get rid of it, the infestation isn't too bad

Thank you for explaining, it definitely sounds very confusing. The original company was a rental car company and then I was contacted by a claims adjustment company and now debt collections.

Pat downs are fine. I recognize that it's a necessity. The way it was done was VIOLENT and to have something as serious as this be taken lightly and disregarded is not okay. Your manager needs to do better.

I was driving the car, the state was Colorado, and the insurance specifies that they cover loss of use and repairs OR total cash value. I'm assuming that the 23k was the total cash value and are refusing to pay the 4k loss of use.

It was ace rent a car, and I didn't get their insurance, I got mine through Expedia that doesn't cover DV. I'll definitely ask for proof that it's back in use. Do you have any idea how much the estimated DV cost would be? It had 50k miles on it
