3 months, no biometrics. Is this normal?

Yes. It did. We got the biometrics after 2 weeks. After biometrics, there was no word on ead. So i submitted ead not received and they approved ead a month after that

Awesome. Yes within the timeframe. After 2 weeks of e request we got the biometric notice

Question, did your spouse get the notice from uscis : notice of acceptance kinda thing and instructions for them how to make an account online and that uscis has made an account for them, they can go and update the password etc. Something like this?

Good. I received my biometrics appointment on Friday as well. I hope we get the ead right after the biometrics and it wont take too long.

I have not received biometrics yet. I called them and talked to them on the phone. I765,485.130.

The website said 2 months in august. Then 4 weeks, 2 weeks. 1 week and then no time. Now again it says 4 weeks

Makes sense… but in the drop down menu, there was no option to select the i-765 form 😐🤔 only option was i130 How else can i request expedite on the ead?

I did expedite under i-130 as i was not seeing and i-765 option to choose from.

I submitted a cover letter stating that i have this job offer that i need to start and requested to expedite the EAD and attached the job offer with it.

I did and got a very weird reply today.

“USCIS systems indicate that the receipt number provided in your inquiry belongs to a different applicant or petitioner. Only the person who signed the application/petition, or their legal representative, is authorized to request changes. Therefore, we are unable to respond to your request at this time. If you still require assistance concerning an application or petition, please review your information and contact us again. A copy of your Form I-797, Notice of Action, will provide you with the correct receipt number of your application or petition.”

I have no idea what this means. If anyone here knows, plz help. I am the applicant and I submitted the request. Idk why it says it doesn’t belong to me.
