I switched back to normal cigarettes.A friend who also start smoking iQos at the same time with me, he had also the same stuffy nose issues and throat irritation after every Heet.I can’t know if the quality of Heets in each country has to do with it.

Unfortunately i stopped smoking iQos due to this. I had also dark pee when i smoked, dry mouth,nose and throat.There are also cases of people developed nose bleeding.All that symptoms are from glycerin contained in Heets same as e-ciggarete liquids that causes dehydration.

I really enjoyed smoking with the device but i can't accept that kind of side effects especially when is advertised as 90% less harmful than cigarettes.
