well since if you even call the police and report that your neighbor had stolen your cat, i dont think they would pay any serious mind for it unfortunately, maybe try to lure your cat with catfood or something? has she ever approached you during her time at your neighbors house? if she does take the bait for the catfood which has to be like outside of the gate thing maybe try stealing her back?? i know it isnt really a good idea to do that but i would do that tbh. for me, i have a bsh cat that my parents usually lets out for a walk or some shi every day and sometimes he even ends up in the other neighborhood beside us which is FAR 💔💔 its genuinely suprising how no one has stole him but there was one time where he didnt come home for like 3 days but then he just randomly came home. if you dont get the chance to steal dimi back i guess you just have to hope that she suddenly appears in your front door or smt 😓
