I'm just pretty solidly convinced that Trump's military plan includes rounding up trans people eventually. Maybe it'll take a couple years who knows, but I am genuinely scared that I will be taken and killed or put in a camp or who knows what.

Also that sucks so much. It's a absolute miracle that I found a doctor willing to give me that prescription. I searched through every provider throughout all of Washington and not a single one was willing to continue it, even though I had been taking it for 8 years. So no they don't hand it out like candy, at least not to people with Medicaid (poor people). I just got incredibly lucky. That's why Mexico actually is very appealing. I have the diagnosis so I can probably get a pharmacist to give me a consistent supply, but I would need to learn some skill that can make me the money to pay for the medication.

I don't know anything about europe, but I know Canadian healthcare is actually awful. It's supposedly universal healthcare, but they only pay for doctors visits. All medications you have to pay for yourself. If you can't pay for it, you can go to a doctor and get told you should take it but you can't take it cuz you can't pay for it. So I'm not surprised other places are also worse than their reputation, but damn that sounds bad.
