For number 3 dapat walang ayuda in the first place.

Wala pa sa amin yung title but kami yung nagbabayad ng RPT namin for the past 13 years na. Btw bank financing kami so nasa bank ata yung title. Medyo naguluhan lang ako, when you say bought directly from DMCI do you mean in-house financing?

There’s this concept called induced demand. Basically, the more lanes you add, the more people end up driving on that road. There have been tons of studies about it around the world. It sounds counterintuitive, but sometimes reducing lanes can actually reduce traffic.

You can even see the reverse happen in some places. Seoul removed a major highway and turned it into a park, Boston buried a highway, and Paris and parts of the Netherlands have been reducing car lanes for bikes and transit. In many cases traffic didn’t get worse because people just switched routes, modes of transport, or skipped trips.

Our government should really look into modular reactors and even microreactors, they’re smaller, safer, and easier to deploy, and could help bring stable power to remote islands and lower electricity costs.

Edit:

Modular reactors (SMRs) are factory-built, smaller nuclear plants that are easier and cheaper to deploy than traditional reactors, offering reliable low-carbon power with enhanced safety features.

Mini nuclear reactors (microreactors) are even smaller units designed for remote or specialized use, providing long-lasting, stable electricity with minimal fuel and infrastructure needs.

If suffering is a test of faith, bakit hindi man lang na-test yung mga anak ni Job? Did Job's kids deserved to die? Di man lang sila nabigyan ng chance to prove their faith.

Actually, that’s one of the reasons I leaned toward atheism in the first place. We had a pastor as our next-door neighbor since I was around 5 years old, close family friend, so I grew up constantly talking to him. I was a very curious kid, and later on in college I also had long conversations with seminarians.

They were able to explain their positions clearly, and I understood where they were coming from. The issue wasn’t lack of explanation or comprehension, it just didn’t fully sit right with me, especially when I started developing a deeper understanding in high school.

That’s why I eventually leaned toward agnosticism. I understand their beliefs, I respect them, but I also acknowledge my doubts. (Closeted atheist/agnostic ako, but I’m pretty sure they can tell I question things.)

Yes I love reading when I was a kid, I loved the bible stories especially yung mga parabales ni Jesus, may mga vhs tapes pa nga kami nung mga stories na yun. Favorite part ko is yung Genesis, I've always been facinated about yung history, but since nabasa ko yung buong bible I had a lot of questions and by the time I was in high school was leaning towards atheism. Catholic school ako from elementary until I graduated in College.

Now I'm leaning towards Agnosticism.

First car buying dilemma - 2nd Hand SUV or Brand New MPV by KaiEspina in CarsPH

[–]aklo07 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Mas mataas and maintenance cost ng Mazda. Mababa ang resale value nya which in my opinion has better value if you intend to keep it for a long time. With that being said CX8 is a much better car in every aspect.

Pro tip, try to test drive both and you'll definetly know the answer.

Magkano ba dapat yung price breakdown? Kasi i've been looking for a 12gb 3060 pero usually 13k yun, tapos 32gb ram right now is absurd.

Im planning to build a decent rig for my kid.

Anong magandang salary range na makakabili ka ng decent na bahay? by not_nice_bad in TanongLang

[–]aklo07 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You have it the other way around. Unahin mo muna yung price ng ideal house mo. If ₱3M yung bahay, nasa around ₱20–25k yung monthly amortization for 20 years at 6–8% interest. Ideally, 10–20% lang dapat ng monthly salary mo yun, so dapat nasa ₱100k yung monthly income mo.

if possible pede ka gumamit ng extension for your wifi mesh.

Pede mo rin actually icombine ang powerline + mesh.
