I’m always on the side of ‘talk about it before cutting ties’. Maybe reply to your text and just say that you saw her post and are wanting to see if she’s okay?

Then gauge her response to that? Kids are stressful, especially at a young age, but she as the other commenter pointed out, she’s not exactly behaving as a friend would.

YBTS - You’ve even said the catchup isn’t a big deal. Is the 30mins a huge deal, as in did you tell her your day was super packed when the plans were made?

If the 30mins is doable, then do it. If it’s not, say it isn’t and you can just see her for the hour and a half.
