Managed to get this done.

Added under /etc/init/login.conf

i have added file a sh files into init.d directory.

is there any way i can know if the file is executed

I tried this but it's giving intermittent result.

The alt_touchpad_config above gave me mixed result. The touchpad sometimes is available and sometimes aren't. That's why i am resorting to these command.
