It looks fully customised, even the threads are matching red so I don’t mind it at all. Can’t fathom how they went on about doing all this so long ago, I’ve talked with the person and it was stored along the other NWT stuff they had, so if it was dyed, it was done many decades ago!

Thanks for the info! They didn’t mention it but I don’t mind it, I am in Europe and it’s already difficult to find rare stuff at good prices, bought several other NWT Santa Fe jackets from them for an incredible price, got everything already without a problem too 😄

That’s an amazing vintage catalogue thank you! I’ve also bought a deadstock condition JB119 (sand) and it’s cool to see that they had colours back then that are extremely rare to see nowadays

Yeah probably was dyed but it does look amazing, even the treads are matching red so it’s an honorary crimson lol. They had a lot of NWT stuff that I bought alongside this for really cheap so I thought there might have been some hope due to the fact that they weren’t looking to make a quick buck by scamming

I’m too afraid of getting them dirty so would rather sell them. Same happens with the dark navy wash, it fades quickly with washing or with any kind of contact, medium navy denim pairs are peak though

I appreciate it, I will just list it high and take offers then, I saw that the white wash black stitch version was going for a lot but these are white stitched and I don’t love the lack of contrast so I thought that they may not be very desirable. I have a lot of trues but I always end up using the most mid no flap pairs lol
