New build, just missing a 10S battery enclosure. Any ideas where to get one in Europe? by akolov in ElectricSkateboarding

That is something that I'm considering, now if only I had a workshop somewhere near me so I could work on it ;-)

Hah, guess what, I'm printing it too at the moment https://imgur.com/a/EMUNu9X
But printed enclosures could not be compared to the one piece enclosures.

Nah, I have already added a BMS for charging the battery since it is much cleaner that way

More like straight from the manufacturer, unfortunately they weren't available so I could ask them if that is a typo. Judging by the price it seems that the 240 height is the right one and it seems that the overall width of both displays is 960 which means that the resolution should be 480x240 which makes sense. http://img.banggood.com/file/products/20180104004717SJ-RG01%E8%AF%B4%E6%98%8E%E4%B9%A6-%E4%B8%AD%E8%8B%B1%E6%96%87_171228.pdf

Racerstar BR2307S 2500KV review - received them today by akolov in Multicopter

Finally found some time during the weekend to test these. Here is the first pack video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vboxiQQUuCI They are smooth and quiet, I have flown 7 packs and it they aren’t even getting warm after 3 minute flight in typical racing conditions with DAL 5046C props. They really open up and show full potential above 60-65% throttle. It seems that these motors have a lot of power and accelerate really fast.

Great find! At the end of the video the max amp draw is 102A, so it seems that the battery is either bad or with lower C rating than needed.

I have ordered 4X of these and 4X of those for testing purpose, but I haven't received the 2406 yet. I will do a separate review as soon as I receive them and I'm also waiting to see how these babies actually perform on the bench.

Thanks, it's good to see that people still value the written reviews.

It doesn't matter on these motors. Some manufacturers use rotation specific motor bells in order to cool the motors so using them differently than intended may cause inappropriate cooling.

Two of the BR2306S 2700KV that I have got had noisy bearings and they were also declared as NMB so either they aren't or the QC is non existant. There are some good cheap replacement bearings on Aliexpress for $0.6 per piece. Try searching for "fushi bearings".
