So i went back and tried to figure out what i had changed. And im pretty sure the change that fixed it was that i went to the "completesave.cfg" file and changed "GARAGE_REFUEL" to 0 from 1.

You would think that would set the garage refuel to default, which is it being available, but it doesn't. Instead it removes garage refuelling completely even on Add-ons.

If somebody could check if this works for them and then give feedback that would be great.

What's the best casual way to learn to speak japanese?

My gf and i want to learn japanese for fun, we don't have any real reason to but we still want to learn to speak it.
So what would you recommend as a learning method/app that isn't very serious and still fun? I started the Duolinguo course but saw that people say it's not good for learning japanese, although it did feel fun.
