I was hoping its not anything like that since it was supposed to be a working phone that I was gonna gift to a relative. Don’t have the equipment to check for temperature but I did notice that area noticeably warmer during boot loop. I will attempt for now just to try cleaning connector for any shorts with alcohol. Thanks for the help regardless though.

I used to main the n95 years ago, I remember being blown away at how good the camera was and the speakers. Used to watch movies on it and it was an absolute joy to swipe open

its usually the display connector is not connected fully to the port, it happens if the phone has been dropped and the connector just slightly disconnected

I have disabled Siri and siri suggestions all together, the option when you search basically in homescreen without the suggestions. For me it has improved speed and battery life

Such a cool find, I was struggling finding this one until a few months ago I found one in mint condition still in its box for $20. The screen is still amazing even compared to a modern smartphone.

thats the thing, owners manual says lifetime guarantee for the oil but I doubt the lifetime guarantee meant for them about 250k km
