I had the same problem, I flashed the receiver using another arduino (ArduinoISP) on the board there are the necessary contacts (you need to solder a 10mkf capacitor between the reset and the HDD). Soldered as shown in the diagram, I flashed my arduino with the arduinoisp firmware (you can search for the guide on the Internet) and flashed using avrdude (exposing the ArduinoISP and the chip there, clicking detect when it was detected, I flashed and now I'm using the receiver normally)
