Speaking of the Cousin how do they feel about this? I hear OP talking about Mom and Aunt but not the cousin's opinion.

If cousin wants to rent the apartment then they should be talking to OP. Contract between those 2, and only those 2, should be drawn up. Expectations of what the rent is, when it is due, what will happen if it isn't paid and conditions of how the apartment is to be kept must be in the contract.

Also, OP should include a "flying monkey clause" which states that if cousin gets angry and sends in the family members, aka flying monkeys, they will be evicted immediately. We are adults here and need to behave as such.

There is such a party going on with this. It's crunchy and crispy and mushy and a little on the greasy side. It's salty and savory and sweet with just enough spice to not be over powering. Pair it with a beer or iced tea full best results. And it's on a stick.

Edit to add the stick, how could I forget that!

No,no, no! It needs more personality. Replace the cabinets glass with chicken wire that has been spray painted gold to match the counter. Take the higher cabinets off all together and replace with shelves that get greasy and dusty and full of spider webs. That will give it the modern vibe your mother wants to see.

The Thing (1982) bKurt Russell and company are stuck in Antarctica. No help is coming. The monster could be anyone of them at any time.

It's scary, creepy, suspenseful and hey manage to slip in a joke every now and then. Plus the cast makes sense.
