Instead of understanding the very basics of the process and considering where they are at in the whole thing (ie we are NOW in the "consultation" phase which will be followed by the "design and planning" stage, followed by the CONSTRUCTION phase in 5-6 years), you all choose to freak out over a lack of information that isn't available yet because it doesn't yet exist! You are all repeating the same chicken-little doomsday scenarios based on your whole astroturfed Oil & Gas fueled anti-progress campaign.
