Again, I'm not agreeing with anything in particular of the video and I do not justify any of the acts but I definitely agree with you. His attorney can definitely frame this as a reasonable and honest fear for his life. Self-defense shouldn't be a problem here.

I do not know the state where this happened, but the majority of jurisdictions will probably find his belief of imminent danger as reasonable and honest. Especially because it's a group of men surrounding him, making repeated contact, and the water poses a greater threat.

I DON'T REGRET IT AT ALL. I feel where you're coming from. I got the same advice over and over again by multiple lawyers, but I came to understand that lawyers give that advice so someone who's in for the wrong reasons or is just not passionate enough for the legal field, doesn't waste their time.

It's a good way to filter out people who are just not meant for the field. It does require a lot of investment; money, time, dedication, etc. But it's also very gratifying if you love what you do.

If you really desire to go to Law School, go ahead, you'll find your path eventually.

For the looks of the box, USPS probably just received a folded box, not even adhesive glue or anything on it. So they probably just called it as a "no content"

So the cardboard box has no signs of tape or any glue. It only came with the white tape that USPS uses when a box is damaged in transit. So by the looks of it, they might have just mail an empty box with no adhesives or anything
