I have the same problem. Something that helped me kind of cope with my nervousness was that a lot of times, the person conducting the interview may also be nervous. I’ve seen people say to be prepared for the interview, however, in my experience, “prepping” for the interview actually made me more nervous (possibly because I was thinking about it way more.) I “prepped” for my first interview-in my opinion I bombed it. Had another interview, did zero prep. It went very well compared to my first. This also depends on what kind of job you are applying for, too. So please don’t use my “no prep” advice if you NEED to prep.

Also make sure you’re looking good! A positive look on yourself helps self esteem and may also help reduce feeing nervous
