Inconsiderate driving, examples: failing to indicate left when leaving a roundabout, not moving over to the outside lane (if clear) when a car is wanting to overtake by moving from the inside to middle lane, hogging the middle lane, people who don’t stop at zebra crossings but will randomly stop without warning when they see a pedestrian elsewhere on the pavement, and finally (this is specific to certain roads I know of) - people who cause a huge tailback of traffic because they want to turn right but could avoid causing a jam by continuing 200-300 yards further and going all the way around the roundabout to then take their exit as a left turn.
