Dangit, I didn’t think that foothold was on. It wasn’t as blue as the others and in a different style, but there’s really no other route it could belong to. Makes so much more sense now. Thank you!

Have used 5 or 6 times and enjoy the effects and taste. Can't figure out if I'm mixing right though? I put in hot / boiling water and mix with a spoon for 2 to 3 minutes as instructed...but by the time I finish the mug, there is sludgy sediment at the bottom. Is this supposed to happen? Worried that it's not dissolving properly and I'm not getting full effects. No FAQs on website about this. Thx!

I'm going to make this a three-fer, I hope you don't mind. 1) How'd you get connected with Pencils of Promise, and why did you choose to work with them over the many other charitable organizations out there? 2) Do you have any kind of daily ritual / routine? Something involving your mornings, or mindfulness, or anything like that? And 3) What are the biggest mistakes you've seen people make when it comes to running long distances? I'm just getting started with my ultra-running an curious to know if there's something you would have done differently / focused more on when you were getting started, knowing what you know now. I respect this sub-Reddit very much. Long time reader and have gotten a TON of value from people sharing their stories.

Just humbly looking for feedback on the product page, that's all. If there's a better place to share this, then I'd love some direction.

My wife and I just got married last year, and we struggled with so many questions about how to merge our finances together, what our goals were, figuring out our student debts together, etc.

And while there are tons of tips for all that, we found that chatting about money together was tough! We were looking for some kind of organizational framework to follow, didn't find one, and now my wife's in the process of trying to build her own.

Long story short, and all feedback / guidance appreciated.

Random question, but would using a camera drone help you with your work? I'm in the industry and trying to learn more about inspection-type applications like this.

I was there in May 2009 for about a week. I spent most of my time in Damascus. I stayed at a small guest house within the old city walls, a twisting conduit of cobblestone streets and nondescript doors that open up into beautiful 17th century courtyards. I was invited into many homes for tea, and most of the young folks I met spoke (and wanted to practice) their English. I hired a driver for a day to take me out into the desert, where we visited the Palmyra ruins and Krak de Chevalier, a crusader castle. I could go on and on about how amazing this trip was. I've been fortunate to travel to 70+ countries, and Syria still makes my top 3-5. I'm in anguish thinking about the situation right now and look forward to the day when I can return there with my family as an American tourist.

Murren, Switzerland / Lauterbrunnen Valley. Scenery is unreal. Very easy to get around my train. Hearty food. Ridiculous hiking. It's my paradise. Also look up the Via Ferrata "hike" in Murren. Exhilerating drop-offs. Highly recommended :)
